By accessing or using FuraPay (“the Service”) at furapay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including freelancers, agencies, and businesses using FuraPay to manage invoices and send payment reminders.
FuraPay is a SaaS platform that helps freelancers and agencies get paid faster by automating invoice reminders using AI. The Service includes:
To use FuraPay, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to use FuraPay.
FuraPay offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
After the trial, continued access to paid features requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use FuraPay to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FuraPay — including client information, invoice details, and business content. By using the Service, you grant FuraPay a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any client data with FuraPay and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).
FuraPay uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate reminder email copy on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the tone and content settings that influence these emails. FuraPay is not liable for the content of AI-generated messages sent to your clients.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@furapay.com within 14 days of the charge.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will aim to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuraPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed payments, or client relationship issues.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FuraPay in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FuraPay operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
